Details of this Saturday's Cross Country Relays at Mangaone Park are as follows

Event Venue

Mangaone Park, Racecourse Road, Palmerston North

Car parking

Please park on the roadside. Toilets are available at the park

Course

1) 1.5km approx

2) 2.5km approx.

Relays

Relay teams will be formed on the day and will consist of.

1) A short "pairs relay and a

2) Drop-off relay"

How these will work will be explained prior to the start at the time the relay teams are formed. Participants will be able to take part in either or both relays.

Start Time

1.30 pm- 1st Relay.

2nd Relay will commence at conclusion of the 1st Relay.

Runners and Walkers of all ages and ability welcome. Children especially welcome.

Afternoon Tea

Held at Striders Club Rooms, UCC Building in the Esplanade at the conclusion of the Event.

Please bring a plate to share.
